  Eligibility to become member
  1.
Any person who has attained 18 years of age is eligible to become a member of this Multi State Co-operative society under
   
B- Class membership subject to the Bye –Laws of Central Agro Ltd.
  2.
Any Co-Operative Society / Bank, NCDC, Government, PSU, Commodity Board, Companies registered as per the
   
company’s Act 1956 by passing a resolution in the Board can apply for A – class Membership subject to the Bye- Law
   
of Central Argo.
  3.
Nominal member: NGO’s, Traders, Dealers, and such other person or organization. The amount and the shares to be
   
subscribed will be fixed by the Board of Directors.
   
  Admission Fee
   
For A – Class No Fee
   
For B – Class Rs. 50/-
   
Nominal member – Rs. 20,000/-
   
Face value of one A – Class Share is Rs. 1,00,000/- and for B – Class Rs. 500/-
    Management reserves right to accept or reject the application for membership.
